Are the products authentic?
Yes. We import directly from verified suppliers and only carry products from established Chinese and Korean skincare brands.
How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery, bKash, and Nagad are all supported. For mobile banking payments, you send to our number and paste the transaction ID on checkout.
Can I exchange a product?
Sealed, unopened products can be exchanged within 7 days. Opened products can only be returned if damaged on arrival.
Do you ship outside Bangladesh?
Not yet — we only serve customers inside Bangladesh.
